Delivery & Shipping Disclaimer
1. Flowers can be sent in bud, semi-blossomed, or fully bloomed stages.
2. Orders must be received by 1:00 pm, Monday through Sunday, IST, in order for them to be delivered on the same day standard time.
3. Orders must be received by FNP before 12 pm, Monday through Sunday, IST, in order for same-day fixed time delivery to occur.
4. At the moment, jasmine flowers are sent to remote cities, courier cities, and express cities.
5. You understand that the delivery time you have requested is not legally obligatory. The product’s availability and the location to which you would want it shipped determine the estimated delivery time.

Delivery can be delayed because of:
1. Inclement weather
2. Disruptions in politics
3. Other unanticipated events
4. We will proactively contact you in such circumstances. Please periodically check your SMS and emails for updates.
5. We recommend placing your order at least five days prior to important events.
6. Hand-delivered items cannot be delivered with courier-delivered items.

We only make one delivery attempt for perishable items, such as cakes and flowers. You will still be billed for the order and there won’t be a chance for a redelivery if the delivery is not made during the attempt. The following situations will be examined in terms of the sequence executed:

Incorrect delivery or shipment address.
1. The recipient is unavailable.
2. The premises are locked.
3. The recipient declined the delivery.
4. The recipient can instruct the delivery person to deliver the item to the gate, reception, or neighbor if they are not accessible.
5. If there is a delivery dispute, proof of delivery will be given.
