In the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, the city of Chilakaluripet is located in the Palnadu district. It is the Chilakaluripet Mandal’s Mandal headquarters located in the Narasaraopet Revenue Division.

Geographical

It is situated on the eastern coastal plains at 16.10°N 80.16°E in the state’s Coastal Andhra area. Chilakaluripeta is situated 75 km (46 mi) south-west of Amaravati, the state capital, and 40 km (25 mi) south-west of Guntur, the district headquarters. According to India’s seismic zones, the town is situated in zone 3. The primary water source for the locals is the Krishna River, which is fed by the Nagarjuna Sagar Right Canal.
