The Indian state of Andhra Pradesh has the city of Hindupuram in the Sri Sathya Sai district. It is the administrative center of Hindupuram Mandalam and is situated near the boundary of Andhra and Karnataka. In the recently established District Sri Sathya Sai, the Parliamentary Constituency is called Hindupuram. It is roughly 67 kilometers from Puttaparthi, the district headquarters, 100 kilometers from Bengaluru, the capital of Karnataka, and 95 kilometers from Kadiri.
