Gandhigram, often referred to as Shidi locally, is a Lisu village in the Vijoynagar circle of the Changlang district of Arunachal Pradesh, India. 1,754 people were counted in the 2011 Indian census. The closest town, Miao, is five or six days’ walk away and lacks road access.
