An administrative district in the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh is called Papum Pare district (). It is the most populated district in Arunachal Pradesh (out of 20) as of 2011.

When it was divided from Lower Subansiri district in 1999, the district was created.
Geographical
The district office is situated at Yupia. The district of Papum Pare encompasses 2,875 square kilometers, or 1,110 square miles.[2] Itanagar serves as the state capital.
