Amnour is a block in the Indian state of Bihar’s Saran district. Amnour town is the block headquarters of Amnour. It is a part of the Saran division. It is situated 52 km south of Patna, the state capital, and 32 km north of Chhapra, the district seat. The boundaries of Amnour Block are Taraiya Block to the north, Maker Block to the east, Marhaurah Block to the west, and Isuapur Block to the west. The cities close to Amnour are Lalganj City, Marhaura City, Dighwara City, and Lalganj City.
