In the Kaimur district of the Indian state of Bihar, there is a community development block known as Durgawati (also known as Durgaoti or Durgauti).[Geographically, it lies between latitude 25° 12′ 41″ north and longitude 83° 31′ 51″ east. Situated 76 meters (249 feet) above mean sea level is its location. Its headquarters are located on National Highway 19 (formerly NH 2), 30.6 kilometers north of Bhabua, the district seat.
