Maner, which is a block and satellite town in the Patna Metropolitan Region, is sometimes spelled Maner Sharif. It is a portion of the Indian state of Bihar’s Patna district. Maner Sharif is located on NH-922, 24 km west of Patna, the capital of Bihar. Makhdoom Yahya Maneri and Makhdoom Shah Daulat, also known as Bari Dargah (the large shrine) and Chhoti Dargah (the small shrine), are two Sufi saints whose tombs are located in the town.
Maner is a significant tourist destination and hub. It is stated that the city’s name derives from its prominence as a tourist destination. The Sangam (meeting point) where the Ganga and Sone rivers converge is in Haldi Chhapra in Maner. It then flows towards Patna as the Ganga.
