In the Indian state of Bihar, Muhra is one of the 24 blocks that make up the Gaya district. The subdivision Neemchak Bathani includes it.[3] In the 2011 Indian census, there were 100,820 people living there.[2]

Geographical
Situated in the northeastern region of the Gaya district, Muhra is bordered to the north and west by the Atri block, to the north by the Neemchak Bathani block, to the southeast by the Nawada district, and to the south by the Wazirganj Municipality Its total size is 143.3 square kilometers (55.3 square miles) on land.
