One of the thirty-eight districts that make up the Indian state of Bihar is Sheikhpura district. This district’s administrative center is located in Sheikhpura. The Munger division includes the Sheikhpura district. On July 31, 1994, Sheikhpura was divided from the Munger district into a distinct district with Sheikhpura as its seat as a result of Rajo Singh’s political efforts.[1] It was the least populated district in Bihar as of 2011 (out of 38).

Geographical
The Sheikhpura district is about equal to Kolombangara in the Solomon Islands, covering 689 square kilometers (266 sq mi).
