In the Indian state of Chhattisgarh, in the Dantewada district, sits the town and Nagar Palika of Bade Bacheli. It is now widely recognized as NMDC Township, and one can explore and take in the surrounding natural beauty. The distance between it and Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh, is about 400 miles. There are two ways to get there: by train from Jagdalpur and Vishakhapatnam, or by road, with regular bus service available from Raipur, Bhilai, Jagdalpur, Hyderabad, and Visakhapatnam.
