Kutch district, also known as Kachchh district, is a district in Gujarat state in western India. Bhuj serves as the district’s seat and headquarters. With a total size of 45,674 km2, it is India’s largest district. The whole area of Kutch surpasses that of Estonia (45,335 km2) as well as the entirety of other Indian states like Kerala (38,863 km2) and Haryana (44,212 km2).[2] Kutch has a population of roughly 2,092,371.[3] There are 6 municipalities, 939 villages, and 10 talukas in it.
