Gujarat, an Indian state, has the town and municipality of Modasa in the Aravalli district.

After Modasa was separated from Sabarkantha, it became the capital of the new Aravalli district. On January 26, 2013, the new district was announced, and on August 15, 2013, it was established.

In terms of agricultural exports, it serves as a provincial and national economic hub. In addition to serving as a transit hub for locals and visitors, Modasa is home to two sizable hospitals and serves as the center of the neighboring towns. Additionally, the city serves as a medical hub for certain migrants from southern Rajasthan and northern Gujarat.
