A taluk called Hungund, sometimes known as Hunagunda, is located in Karnataka, India’s northern Bagalkot district. Amingad and Hunagunda are the two main towns of the taluk. Kudalasangama is the taluk where social reformer Basavanna passed away. Additionally, Aihole and Pattadkal, which were formerly ruled by the Chalukyas of Badami, are located in Hunagunda Taluk. Amingad karadantu is a popular dessert from Amingad.
