The town of Rabkavi Banhatti is located on the Krishna River’s bank. The Karnataka State Government designated it as a taluka on March 15, 2017, and as of January 1, 2018, it was operational. It is within the subdivision of Jamkhand. In the Indian state of Karnataka, in the Bagalkot district, there is a city municipal council. Together with Rabakavi, Rampur, and Hosur, it constitutes a twin city. It serves as the center of the neighborhood’s textile industry.
