In the Indian state of Kerala, Kunnamkulam is a municipal town in the Thrissur District. With a long history, it is a historic commercial town spanning 34.18 km2. Its printing and bookbinding industries are well-known. The town was formerly known as Kunnankulangara, and several British Archives include references to a tidy, successful, and predominately Christian community. As time has gone on, Kunnamkulam has developed into a hub for religious exchange.
