Thiruvalla, which is also spelled Tiruvalla, is a municipality in Kerala, India’s Pathanamthitta district. It serves as the Thiruvalla taluk’s headquarters as well.[4] The town has 52,883 residents, a decrease from 56,837 in 2001, and is scattered across an area of 27.15 km2 (10.48 sq mi). Situated in a landlocked area encircled by rivers and irrigation canals, it is situated on the northern banks of the Manimala River. It is the biggest town in the district and one of the main hubs for commerce, education, healthcare, and the arts in central Travancore.
