Shadradri Kothagudem is a district located in the eastern region of Telangana, India. The district headquarters are in Kothagudem. With a total size of 7483 km2, it is the largest district in Telangana. Along with the adjoining states of Chhattisgarh and Andhra Pradesh, it shares a border with the districts of Khammam, Mahabubabad, Mulugu, Eluru, and East Godavari. The district is divided into two revenue divisions, Kothagudem and Bhadrachalam, and twenty-four mandals.
