In the state of Uttarakhand, India, Devprayag, also known as Deva prayāga, is a town and nagar panchayat located close to New Tehri city in Tehri Garhwal Distric. It is the last of the Alaknanda River’s Panch Prayag, or five confluences, where the Alaknanda meets the Bhagirathi River, and both rivers continue on as the Ganges River, or Ganga.
