The 20th district in the Indian state of West Bengal is called Alipurduar District.] The district’s main office is located at Alipurduar. In 2014, it became a district after Jalpaiguri district was divided.

Six community development blocks (Madarihat-Birpara, Alipurduar-I, Alipurduar-II, Falakata, Kalchini, Kumargram) and the municipalities of Alipurduar and Falakata make up the district. Nine census towns and 66 gram panchayats are located within the six blocks.
