Term and Condition for Indian Cities

1 Substitution policy applied- If ordered flower/cake/soft toys/sweets/chocolate or any other branded perishable/ non-perishable item are not available in the respective city or town. We shall deliver alternate flower/ cake/chocolate/soft toys/sweets or any branded perishable / non-perishable item of desired quantity and equal or greater than order value. But color combination will remain same

2 The perishable/non-perishable commodities displayed on the site and the actual product delivered will be similar to a certain extent and may not be exact replicas as these items are handmade and can vary. However, in all such cases the quantity specified in the order will be provided as desired
3 Time of delivery – For main cities- We have 2-time slot 10 – 2 pm and 2 – 7 pm. For Remote cities – 10 am – 8 pm ( no fixed time guaranteed)
4 For the Remote city. Kindly select a product from Remote city gifts, otherwise it’s up to our discretion whether to accept an order or not
5 No Cancellation of the order for remote cities and for main cities cancellation is done before 24 hours prior to a date of delivery
6 For same day order for main cities, we accept order till 3 pm. For Remote cities / small town, we accept order one or two days in advance
7 We only sell items to Adults ( i.e those aged 18 or above ), if you are under 18, you can use this website only with involvement of parents or guardians
8 If we are unable to deliver your order then complete refund will be made
9 If The shipping address is incorrect and a recipient is also unreachable on phone or recipient not accepting the delivery ordered by you (when delivery attempt is made). Then in such case; the order will be assumed as executed no refund will be made
10 Delivery of Hospital Policy
The florists in our Jasmine Florist network are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient.Jasmine Florist will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.
11 Delivery to Hotels Policy
The florists in our Jasmine Florist network are experienced at making deliveries to hotels, however, please be aware of making the following information available

. The telephone number of the hotel.
. Name of Tour Company, if applicable.
. If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception & the order will be assumed as executed. If the person has checked out of the hotel by delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made in such cases.
