One of the 24 islands that make up the Nicobar Islands chain, which is situated in the northeast Indian Ocean between the Bay of Bengal and the Andaman Sea, is Trinket Island (occasionally spelled Trinkat or Trinkut). East of Kamorta Island is where it’s situated.

Geographical
Trinket’s topography is low and level, covering an area of 12.25 km². Rainfall from regional monsoons ranges from 3,000 to 3,800 mm annually.[3]

The island can only be reached by boat during high tide due to the shallow waters and coral reefs surrounding it.
