The community development block, or administrative block, known as Raniganj, Bihar, is located in the Araria subdivision of the Araria district in the Indian state of Bihar. It shares the same name as a Vidhan Sabha Constituency.

There are 32 Panchayats in it. In the Araria District, it is one of the biggest community development blocks.
