Sedam, also known as Seram, is a town in the Kalaburagi district of the Indian state of Karnataka. It serves as the headquarters of the Sedam Taluka. Demographics: Sedam is a town with a Town Municipal Council divided into 23 wards, with elections held every five years. [citation needed] According to a 2011 Census India report, the town’s population is 39,341, with 19,816 males and 19,525 females.
