Sikkim, a state in India, has a district known as Gyalshing District or Geyzing District. Its headquarters are at Gyalshing, or Geyzing. Trekkers love this district because of its high altitudes. The towns of Yuksom and Pelling are also significant. Common names for it among the locals are Pallo-Sikkim and Sano-Sikkim.
