The Indian state of Uttar Pradesh contains the district of Farrukhabad. The district office is located in the town of Fatehgarh. The Kanpur Division includes the district.

Between Lat. 26° 46′ N & 27° 43′ N and Long. 79° 7′ E & 80° 2′ E is where Farrukhabad is located. The districts of Etah and Mainpuri on the west, Kannauj District on the south, Badaun and Shahjahanpur on the north, and Hardoi District on the east, surround the district. The Ganga River and Ramganga River are located to the east and the Kali River to the south.
